What: 21st Street Townhouses on Josephine Street – The developer is requesting a special exception from the Zoning Board of Adjustment for a multi-unit residential use in the Urban Industrial (UI) Zoning District.
Why: SSSNA is a Registered Community Organization (RCO) through the Department of City Planning to provide input and feedback on local development activities and planning procedures in partnership with community stake holders.
Where: This will be a virtual Zoom meeting.
