18th Street Steps Light Up Night

It’s official!  We will be lighting up the 18^th Street Steps one week from today on Friday 10/5/2012.  The timing of this precedes the SSSNA’s annual StepTrek event, which will be held the following day.

If you are available, please plan to arrive by 6:50 or so.  There is not a lot of space to stand on the sidewalk at the bottom of the steps, so we will assemble on the steps themselves, from 18^th Street upwards as needed.  Judy Dyda, who led this effort for the SSLDC, will have a few brief remarks before our electrician, Russ Kim, throws the switch at 7:00 pm.
